The Half-Built Frame: How Far L&G Got Before Work Stopped

Early September 2026. Photo 4 of 8 from my own lot. Resized only; nothing retouched except where the caption says so.

Partly erected steel frame of a 50 by 80 metal building on a concrete slab, with no roof or wall panels, loose steel parts on the slab and a crack in the foreground

Open full size (1350×1800)

What the photo shows

My project record

  • Roughly half of a 50×80 steel frame standing on the slab, with trusses and columns but no sheeting.
  • An A-frame ladder against a column, loose framing on the slab, a pickup and a skid steer at the edge of the lot.
  • A crack in the slab in the lower left of the frame.
  • Workers in the background near a pile of steel.

What it does not prove

It does not show why work stopped or what was said that day. The telehandler page and the timeline carry that, with the texts.

Where it fits

Taken around September 3 to 5, 2026, the days the crew was on site. They had arrived five days after the Saturday I was given. After about half the frame was up I was told the crew needed a different telehandler, and asked for the installation payment that my Balance Breakdown ties to completion.
