Frame Corner Detail: Column, Header and Brace

What the photo shows
My project record
- A corner column with a header running off it and a diagonal brace tied back into the truss.
- Two short tube ends projecting from the column, open.
- Galvanized 14-gauge tubing, consistent with the order.
What it does not prove
Whether the connections are complete or correct is an inspection question. The county’s framing inspection, when there is one, will say.
Where it fits
Early September 2026. I include it because it is the clearest view of the materials and connections as left by the crew, and because any future inspection report will refer to details like these.
