Plumbing Stub-Up Leaning Off Vertical

September 2026, during frame installation. Photo 8 of 8 from my own lot. Resized only; nothing retouched except where the caption says so.

What the photo shows

My project record

  • A PVC stub-up leaning well off vertical where it passes through the slab, with disturbed concrete at the base.
  • Tire tread marks sweeping across the slab in the foreground.
  • The base rail of the building and a dirt pile at the far edge.

What it does not prove

Whether the pipe below the slab is broken. That will take a plumber, and it is on my list.

Where it fits

Around September 4, 2026. The stub-ups were straight before the pour (P-01). The damage was reported publicly by me at the time and is one of the items in the dispute.
