Damaged PVC Stub-Up: Leaning, Scuffed and Gouged

September 2026, during frame installation. Photo 6 of 8 from my own lot. Resized only; nothing retouched except where the caption says so.

Large white PVC plumbing pipe coming up through the slab, leaning, with black scuff marks and gouges along its side

Open full size (1350×1800)

What the photo shows

My project record

  • A large-diameter capped PVC pipe rising from the slab, leaning off vertical.
  • Black scuff marks and gouges up one side of the pipe.
  • Duct tape and green plastic at the base where the pipe passes through the slab.
  • Pine straw and concrete dust on the slab; the half-built frame edge in the background.

What it does not prove

Who or what hit the pipe. I contend it happened during L&G’s installation work; the photo shows the result, not the moment.

Where it fits

Around September 4, 2026. In the pre-pour photo P-01, the stub-ups are standing straight. My contract has the customer hold L&G harmless for damage to pipes and lines during construction.
